An app built around your customer.
I design, build and ship apps for businesses and nonprofits: one fixed price, live in weeks, and yours from the first day.
Two kinds of build.
Every project is one fixed price for an agreed scope, set before the work starts. It moves only if the scope does.
A store app
A product your customers download from the App Store and Google Play.
From$15,000
- Focusedone core job, done well
- Connectedaccounts, payments, smart features
- Platformbuilt in phases
An organisation platform
A website, an app and a staff back office on one database, for organisations that run on bookings, members and volunteers.
From$12,000
- Site + Officea site your staff edit
- Operationsapp, people, bookings, roles
- Operations Suitebuilt in phases
Registered 501(c)(3) organisations get 20% off the build. The hosting, stores and domain are billed to your own accounts at cost, and every quote lists what each one costs a month.
Built for someone, and live.
Each of these started the same way: one real person the standard product left out.

Find the one customer
Before any design, we name the person the app is for and what they come to do.
Design the loop
The core screens and your app's brand, signed off before the build.
Build in small releases
You see a working build within the first weeks, not a reveal at the end.
Test on real phones
iPhone and Android, the way your customer will hold it.
Ship under your name
Your App Store and Google Play accounts, your listing, your customers.
Keep it running
A care plan covers updates, store-policy changes and fixes, from $500 a month.
What would yours cost?
Pick what you need and see where it lands. It's an estimate, not a quote; the fixed price comes after a short discovery call.
Every price, in writing.
The full guide: all six tiers with their ranges and timelines, add-on modules, care plans, what's always included and what you pay directly. Four pages.
What people ask first.
How much does an app cost?
Store apps start at $15,000 and organisation platforms at $12,000. Your project is one fixed price, set before the work starts, and the estimator above shows roughly where it lands.
How long does it take?
Weeks for most projects: a focused app in three to six, an organisation's site and back office in two to four. The largest builds go live in phases. The calendar is set mostly by how quickly you can review each release.
Who owns the app?
You do, from the first day. The store listings sit in your developer accounts, and the hosting, database and domain in accounts you control. There is nothing to hand over if we ever part ways.
What does it cost to run?
Usually tens of dollars a month for hosting, the database and the stores, billed to you at cost. If your app has smart features, each quote shows what they cost per member per month. The Perfect Pour runs for about $50 to $70 a month.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organisations get 20% off the build, and larger projects can be built in phases so each one fits a budget cycle.
What happens after launch?
A care plan keeps it current: operating-system and store-policy updates, security fixes and monitoring from $500 a month, or a monthly round of changes from $1,500. Anything new is quoted as a fixed price first.
How do we start?
Tell me about the project below. If it's a fit, we begin with a discovery sprint: we find the one customer, map what the app does for them, and fix the price. The sprint's fee is credited in full against the build.
Tell me about your project.
The most useful thing you can tell me is who the app is for. Not a market: one real person, and what they come to do. Everything else follows from that.
I read and answer every message myself.
