Pricing

One fixed price, in writing.

Estimate your build, then see exactly how payment, changes and care work. Every price is fixed before the work starts.

What I build

Three things I build.

Every project is one fixed price for an agreed scope, set before the work starts. It moves only if the scope does.

A website your team runs

Your site, edited by your own staff, with bookings or sign-ups and payments built in. Custom-built, and yours outright.

An app

One job your customers come back for, done well: on the App Store and Google Play, or installed from the web.

An operations platform

Your site, an app and a staff back office on one database, for organisations that run on bookings, members and volunteers.

Running an annual event?

An event site and app on their own: schedule, map, vendors, sponsors, tickets and an auction. Next year's event reuses it for a yearly refresh. Or add it to any build.

From$8,000

Registered 501(c)(3) organisations get 20% off the build. Every tier, timeline and what it costs to run: see pricing and estimate yours.

Estimate

What would yours cost?

Pick what you need and see where it lands. It's an estimate, not a quote; the fixed price comes after a short discovery call.

What are you building?
What should it do?

On the App Store and Google Play, or installed from the web.

Also
The terms

In plain words, before you ask.

Payment

A quarter at signing to hold your start date, a quarter at kickoff, a quarter when a working beta is in your hands, and a quarter at launch. The assessment and discovery are paid up front.

Changes

Small adjustments during the build are part of the job. Anything new is priced in writing, promptly, and you decide before any work on it starts. The fixed price never moves on its own.

After launch

Thirty days of fixes are included. About 90 days in, we look at the numbers together: did it help the business grow? After that, a care plan or an Annual Refresh keeps it current.

Every build includes a launch kit (a QR code for your counter and packing slips, an announcement email and a social post), a written handover guide, and the 90-day results review.

Care plans

Keep

$500 a month

Operating-system, browser and store-policy updates, security and hosting updates, backups, monitoring, and a small change each month.

Prompt replies on business days, and anything that's down comes first.

Grow

$1,500 a month

Everything in Keep, plus a monthly check-in and a round of changes agreed at it.

Prompt replies on business days, and anything that's down comes first.

Build

$3,000 a month

Everything in Grow, plus a new feature most months.

Priority replies, ahead of other work.

Care plans are optional, month to month after the first three. Every month you get a short report: what was checked, updated and fixed, and what's coming. Hosting, stores and domain are billed at cost, never marked up.

Or once a year: the Annual Refresh

For a quieter app. Two months of care, done once a year: the update Apple and Google require every year, a store-policy check, testing on real phones, and an improvement you choose.

Website or Focused app

$999 a year

$1,799 for two years, paid up front

Connected app or Operations platform

$2,999 a year

$5,399 for two years, paid up front

Platform app or Operations Suite

$5,999 a year

$10,799 for two years, paid up front

Between refreshes, nobody is watching the app. If something breaks, the fix is quoted as a fixed price first.

Questions

What people ask first.

How much does an app cost?

Websites start at $12,000, apps at $15,000 and operations platforms at $30,000. An annual event on its own starts at $8,000, and an assessment is $950. Your project is one fixed price, set before the work starts, and the estimator above shows roughly where it lands.

I already have an app. Can you take it over?

Bring it. It becomes the blueprint: it already shows who it's for and what it has to do, so discovery starts with a head start. I take it apart, keep what the idea and the screens have proven, and rebuild it on a foundation built to last. The rebuild is quoted as its own fixed price, like every build.

Do you use AI?

Yes, and under my direction. I find the customer, set the scope, design the screens, plan every release and review every change; AI tools write the code to that plan. Nothing ships until I've tested it on a real phone, and your customers' data never goes into the tools. How I build.

How long does it take?

Timelines run from kickoff: the start date we schedule, once your setup checklist is complete. From there, weeks for most projects: a focused app in three to six, an organisation's site and back office in two to four. The largest builds go live in phases, and the calendar is set mostly by how quickly you can review each release.

Who owns the app?

You do, in full, once it's paid for. Your store listings and your customers' data are yours from the start. While I'm building, the code and hosting sit in my accounts so nothing changes underneath the work. At the final payment everything moves into yours: the code with its full history, the database, the hosting, and a written handover guide.

What does it cost to run?

Usually tens of dollars a month for hosting, the database and the stores, billed to you at cost. If your app has smart features, each quote shows what they cost per member per month. The Perfect Pour runs for about $50 to $70 a month.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organisations get 20% off the build, and larger projects can be built in phases so each one fits a budget cycle.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of fixes are included. About 90 days in, we review the numbers together. After that, a care plan keeps it current from $500 a month, or an Annual Refresh once a year from $999. Anything new is quoted as a fixed price first.

What if you're unavailable?

Once it's launched and paid for, everything is in your accounts: the code with its full history, the store listings, the hosting and the data, plus a written handover guide. Any competent developer can pick it up. What you keep.

How do we start?

Tell me about the project below and I'll send you a link to book a free 20-minute call. If you're not sure what you need, we start with an assessment; if you are, with discovery. Either way, nothing you pay before the build is lost if you build.

Ready to talk it through?

It starts with a free 20-minute call about your business.
